Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Broadax Construction collects through this website and in the course of quoting and performing crane, rigging, machinery moving, transportation and storage services, how that information is used, who it is shared with, and the choices available to you. It also states the terms on which this website may be used. Broadax is a business-to-business contractor: we do not sell or share personal information, we do not serve behavioral advertising, and this site is not directed to children under 16.
REV. 2026.2 · LAST UPDATED AUGUST 13, 2026 · BROADAX CONSTRUCTION
- 01
Who we are
This site is operated by Broadax Construction (“Broadax,” “we,” “us”). For any question about this policy, or to make a request about your information, contact notify@broadaxconstruction.com and reference “Privacy Request.”
- 02
Information you give us
When you submit the proposal request form or the budget estimator, we collect the information you enter: name, company, email address, any phone number you choose to provide, project location, project size, the scope you select, and the project details you describe.
When you correspond with us by email, or send drawings, load data, equipment lists, site photos or purchase orders, we retain those materials as part of the project record.
- 03
Information collected automatically
Our hosting and security infrastructure logs standard technical data for every request: IP address, user agent, referring page, requested path, and timestamps. These logs are used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose faults.
Analytics and third-party embeds (such as maps or video) run only after you accept analytics cookies in the consent banner. If you choose “Essential only,” we do not load them and no analytics identifiers are set.
- 04
Cookies and similar technologies
Essential storage keeps the site working: it remembers your cookie choice, maintains an authenticated session in the Broadax operations portal, and protects forms against abuse. It cannot be switched off without breaking the site.
Analytics and embed cookies measure how pages are used and enable third-party content. You may change your choice at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser, which restores the consent banner.
- 05
How we use information
We use information to price and schedule work, prepare quotes, lift plans, work orders and invoices, communicate about projects, meet safety and insurance obligations, maintain records required by law or by our customers' contracts, secure our systems, and improve the site.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making that has a legal effect on you, and we do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
- 06
Legal bases
Where privacy law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract (quoting and delivering services you request), our legitimate interests (operating and securing the site, business development with commercial contacts), consent (analytics and embed cookies, optional marketing email), and compliance with legal obligations (tax, safety and insurance records).
- 07
Who we share information with
We share information only as needed to deliver the work: cloud hosting, database and email delivery providers acting on our instructions; insurers, brokers and surety providers; subcontracted carriers, riggers and crane providers assigned to your project; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law or to protect safety.
Every service provider is engaged under terms that restrict use of the information to the services provided to Broadax.
- 08
Retention
Proposal submissions and project records are retained for the life of the customer relationship and then for the period required by our insurance, tax and limitation-of-claims obligations. Technical logs, portal activity records and export audit trails are retained under the retention windows configured in our operations portal, after which they are deleted automatically.
- 09
Security
Site and portal data are stored with access controls, row-level authorization, encryption in transit, and role-based permissions limiting which Broadax positions can view financial, safety and vendor records. Banking and tax identifiers captured on vendor and finance forms are stored as last-four digits only. No system is perfectly secure, and you should not send sensitive personal information such as full account numbers through the public forms on this site.
- 10
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy in portable form, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw cookie consent. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to appeal a refused request or to complain to your supervisory authority.
Send requests to notify@broadaxconstruction.com. We will verify your identity through the contact channel already on file and respond within the period required by applicable law. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
- 11
Do Not Track and global privacy signals
We honor an opt-out preference signal transmitted by your browser where required: if analytics consent has not been granted, no analytics or embed cookies are set regardless of any other setting.
- 12
Third-party links
This site may link to customer, supplier or industry sites we do not control. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to read their policies before submitting information to them.
- 13
Categories of information collected
Identifiers and business contact data: name, employer, job title, business email address, business telephone number, mailing or jobsite address, and any account identifier issued for the Broadax Operations Portal.
Commercial and project data: scopes requested, equipment and load information, drawings and site photos, quotes, purchase orders, delivery and storage records, and correspondence about the work.
Technical and usage data: IP address, device and browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, dates and times of access, session duration, approximate location derived from IP, and diagnostic data. On a mobile device this may also include the device type, mobile operating system, mobile browser and device identifiers.
Vendor and compliance data submitted on finance forms: legal entity name, taxpayer identification and banking details, which are stored in truncated form (last four digits) with the source document retained under access control.
We do not seek or knowingly collect sensitive categories such as government identification numbers, health, biometric, precise geolocation, or racial, religious or political information through this website.
- 14
Children under 16
This site is a business-to-business contractor site and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you are under 16, do not submit any information through this site or create a portal account.
If we learn that we have received information from a child under 16 without verified parental consent, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, write to notify@broadaxconstruction.com with the subject “Child Privacy” and we will remove it promptly.
- 15
Embedded content and third-party services
Pages may include embedded content such as maps, documents or video. Embedded content behaves as if you had visited the third-party site directly: that provider may set cookies, embed additional tracking and record your interaction with the embedded item. Embeds load only after you accept analytics and embed cookies.
We do not control third-party privacy practices and are not responsible for content, accuracy or endorsement of any third-party material referenced on this site.
- 16
Business transfers and other disclosures
If Broadax is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, receivership, dissolution or sale of all or part of its assets, information covered by this policy may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to the continued protection of this policy or a successor policy of equal effect.
We may disclose information to comply with a subpoena, court order, law or governmental request; to enforce our terms and collect amounts owed; to investigate suspected fraud or misuse; and to protect the rights, property or safety of Broadax, our customers, our crews or the public.
We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual without restriction.
- 17
No sale or sharing of personal information
Broadax does not sell personal information, does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and does not disclose it to third parties for their own direct-marketing purposes. If that ever changes, this policy will be revised before the practice begins and an opt-out mechanism will be provided.
California residents may use California's “Shine the Light” law to ask what personal information we share with third parties for their direct marketing; our answer today is none. Nevada residents have no “sale” to opt out of for the same reason.
- 18
State and international privacy rights
Comprehensive privacy laws in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia — and the GDPR and UK GDPR in Europe — may give residents rights to confirm, access, correct, delete, port, limit or object to processing of their personal information, and to appeal a denied request.
To exercise any right, email notify@broadaxconstruction.com with the subject “Privacy Request” and the state or country you reside in. An authorized agent may submit a request with written proof of authority. We verify requests through a contact channel already on file, respond within the statutory period (generally 45 days, extendable once where permitted), and never charge a fee or penalize you for asking. If we deny a request, our response explains why and how to appeal; European residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
- 19
Where information is stored and transferred
Broadax operates in the United States and our hosting, database, storage and email providers process information on servers located in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, transfers from Europe rely on standard contractual clauses with our providers.
Form submissions may be screened by an automated spam and abuse detection service before they reach a person.
- 20
Copyright, trademarks and website content
The contents of this site — text, graphics, layout, photographs, logos, drawings, document templates and software — are owned by or licensed to Broadax Construction and protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to view, download and print pages for your own internal evaluation of Broadax services; no commercial use, republication, alteration, resale or scraping is permitted without our written consent.

If you believe material on this site infringes your copyright, send our designated agent at notify@broadaxconstruction.com: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the work claimed to be infringed; the location of the material on this site; your address, telephone number and email address; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
- 21
No warranty on site content; limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep information current, Broadax makes no warranty as to accuracy, completeness, timeliness, security or uninterrupted availability, and disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Pricing indications, capacities, chart figures and schedules shown on this site are informational only and are never a substitute for an issued Broadax quote, lift plan or work order. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broadax is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive damages arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
- 22
Governing law and how to reach us
This policy and any dispute about this site are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Georgia. Nothing in this policy limits rights that applicable privacy law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Privacy contact: Broadax Construction, Attn: Privacy, notify@broadaxconstruction.com. Commercial, warehousing and portal terms applicable to a specific project are issued directly with the quote, work order or portal account rather than published here.
- 23
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The revision label at the top of this page identifies the current version; material changes will be reflected in a new revision, and continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
